Favre Leuba reserves the right to accept or reject orders based on stock availability and other reasons. In cases where an order is rejected, a full refund will be provided.

If the customer wrongfully credits an amount to any other account instead of the details mentioned above, Favre Leuba will not be responsible in any manner.

If there is a difference in price for a product ordered online, we will promptly contact the user. They will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach the user, the order will be considered cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

Payment

To make an order, a pre-booking amount needs to be paid which would vary from product to product. Full payment must be made before our shipping process begins in January 2025. We are currently accepting payment through credit cards and debit cards only.

Delivery

Favre Leuba currently provides international shipping services to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic (Czechia), Sweden, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.

Orders will start dispatch from January 2025 post order confirmation. Please be aware that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and delays may occur due to payment approval and/or stock availability.

Returns And Refund

NOTE: Orders pre-booked cannot be cancelled and refunded.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in new and unused condition, with the original receipt, product packaging, protective materials, and tags. We'll carefully inspect all returns, and any product that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted. The refund will be initiated using the original payment method.

Dispute

Any dispute arising out of these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Switzerland.
